About Art and Travel Club, my portfolio pages, process and some tips for artists

I will describe my art workflow, how I approach the creation of my artwork, and what my creative process is. I will also show my current studio. As I plan my travels, I like to read interesting stories and legends about streets, habitants, artists and cities itself as it makes my visits and, consequently, my art, more inspired and full of life. In the past 10 years, I have visited more than 100 cities and villages in France, Italy, Germany, Czech Republic, Belarus, Poland, Canada, USA, Spain and other countries. There is an advice for beginner artists. I need to mention that it is not always possible to take photographs in museums; in that case, sketching helps as the detail of the artwork conveys the mood. In museums there are lots of books, but your actual drawing or painting will express the vibrancy and details of sculptures, painting, architecture and visitors. There is my favorite quote by Leonardo Da Vinci: “Though you may be able to tell or write the exact description of forms, the painter can so depict them that they will appear alive, with the shadow and light that show the expression of a face; which you cannot accomplish with the pen though it can be achieved by the brush.” What to expect from my site’s art process: Faces of cities, places, Faces of museums and their visitors, Faces of historical festivals, their participants and guests You can visit my personal website pages here and find out more about the artwork I am offering in oil and watercolor paintings; purchase canvas prints, framed prints, and more artwork.
